When you list with me, you keep 80% of each booking, and I take a 20% management fee, which covers everything from guest communication to cleaning coordination, styling, and listing optimisation. There are no hidden costs—just a clear, simple partnership built on trust, quality, and great returns.

Airbnb provides Host Protection Insurance up to $1 million, and I have additional systems in place to vet guests, manage risks, and ensure your property is respected. My cleaners also do regular quality checks so any issues are flagged immediately.

Listing Set-Up
Getting started is simple—I’ll take care of the full setup from day one. That includes registering your rental, creating a professional online listing, and writing a compelling, guest-attracting property description that highlights your home’s best features. I’ll also organise high-quality photography to make your listing stand out, and book an initial deep clean to ensure everything is sparkling and guest-ready. There’s a one-time $300 setup fee to cover all of this, but you don’t need to pay it upfront—it’s simply deducted from your first booking. Easy, seamless, and designed to set your property up for success from the very beginning.

Continual Hosting
I take care of everything so you don’t have to. From coordinating professional cleaners and fresh linen to handling all guest communication, bookings, check-ins and check-outs—it's all covered. I also manage stocktakes of household items, replenish essentials, oversee maintenance, and keep your property running smoothly day in, day out. Whether it’s answering a midnight message from a guest or scheduling a handyman, I’ve got it handled—so you can enjoy the benefits of Airbnb without the workload.

Remote Coaching – Airbnb Set-Up Support
Want to host your own property but not sure where to start? I offer 1:1 remote coaching via Zoom for homeowners who want to manage their own Airbnb, but need help getting things off the ground. In a 45-minute session, we’ll cover everything from pricing strategy and listing setup to guest communication, styling tips, and council requirements—tailored specifically to your property and goals.
Cost: $110 per session
It’s the perfect kickstart for anyone wanting confidence, clarity, and a solid plan—without committing to full-time management.
